LTC2751 - Current Output 12-/14-/16-Bit SoftSpan DACs

Description

The LTC®2751 is a family of 12-, 14-, and 16-bit multiplying parallel-input, current-output DACs.

They operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply.

All parts are guaranteed monotonic over temperature.

Features

  • n Six Programmable Output Ranges Unipolar: 0V to 5V, 0V to 10V Bipolar: ±5V, ±10V, ±2.5V,.
  • 2.5V to 7.5V n Maximum 16-Bit INL Error: ±1 LSB over Temperature n Low 1µA (Maximum) Supply Current n Guaranteed Monotonic over Temperature n Low Glitch Impulse 1nV.
  • s n 2.7V to 5.5V Single Supply Operation n 2µs Settling Time to ±1 LSB n Reference Input: ±15V n Parallel Interface with Readback of All Registers n Asynchronous CLR Pin Clears DAC Output to 0V in Any Output Range.
